SHIPPING POLICY

At ZARTARI , we try to deliver your order as soon as possible at your doorstep. We, at ZARTARI, maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.

Free Shipping for all orders within India. We offer free international shipping on orders above 30,000 INR.

ZARTARI offers you Cash On Delivery facility all over INDIA, on the orders BELOW 10,000 INR.

1. Kindly note that the estimated delivery dates may differ due to unexpected circumstances faced by our delivery partners and are beyond our control. We do our best to track your order and reach you on estimated deliver dates and keep you updated as well, and will not be held responsible for the delay.

2. For international couriers, any additional charges (customs) will be charged if required, according to the country of delivery and the shipping charges will be reflected on the checkout page of our website.   

3. Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases.

4. For orders within India, shipping timelines are regulated by the state government and are subject to delay if a lockdown is in place.

 

5. For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be charged over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable, as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

 

6. The shipping charges, wherever applicable, are based on the basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we apply a nominal fee, as oversized packaging charges to accommodate and to deliver all the items ordered with all safety measures.   

 

7. Your orders can take 5 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the order to the actual delivery date for domestic couriers and 8 to 12 working days for international couriers.

8. We kindly request you provide us with your full address, PIN code, primary and an alternate contact number at the time of order to avoid any sort of inconvenience.

 

9. We would not be held liable for the incorrect address provided, and no refunds can be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products.

 

10.Orders, inclusive of pico/blouse service, take an extra 5 to 7 working days to be processed accordingly.

 

11.If you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date, and a tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.

 

12. We only use the most reliable courier services to deliver the product to your destination to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition.

 

13.Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Shree Maruti courier, Blue dart are our domestic delivery partners. Aramex International, DHL, TNT Express and FedEx are our international delivery partners.

 

14.The tracking details of the shipment will be mailed to you along with the carrier information, once the product is out for delivery.

 

15.We do not entertain returns and exchanges on clearance sale orders.

 

16.If the order placed by you includes multiple products, we usually combine them in a single box before shipping. In the event you require them to be packaged separately, please write to us at customerservice@zartaricouture.com along with your order number. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge.

 

17.Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure the products reach you in the perfect state. In the unlikely event that you notice the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you not to accept it from the delivery personnel. Kindly notify us about it immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.

 

18.If your order contains a gift and would like us to include a note along with it, please send us an email along with your order number and the message to customerservice@zartaricouture.com.
